Traditionally, we import US Nectarines and Peaches for our supermarket retailers from June through to October. This is dependent on both the crop and when the NZ season begins.

We supply our domestic supermarket programme with Gold and Green kiwifruit through our partnership with GKC, a kiwifruit supply company made up of 11 Kiwifruit packing sheds.  We also export Green Kiwifruit to Australia for supermarket retail programmes.

Dealing directly with NZ growers/packers, we export apples throughout the Pacific Islands.

With a mixture of Imported Australian and locally-grown Courgettes, we are able to supply the NZ market for 8-9 months of the year.

In between the NZ seasons we import Australian Red, Green and Yellow capsicum.  These are largely brought in for our food service customers.

Whilst we supply onions to a supermarket retail programme, the bulk of our onion business is through export to the Pacific Islands.

As part of our Pacific Island export programme, we supply potatoes to customers in various regions of the pacific.

Our supply of carrots is predominantly through export to ourcustomers in the Pacific Islands.

Throughout the year, we supply NZ-grown Crown and Butternut pumpkin to the local market.

We supply both Buttercup and Supermarket Squash throughout the year, this is mainly for our supermarket retail programme.

All year round, we import Pomegranate Arils (seeds) from India. These are processed and punneted before being shipped to us.

We import coconuts from the sunny shores of Samoa all year round for our supermarket retail programme.

We import Australian tomatoes to compliment the NZ crop when supply tightens. This is predominantly for our food service customers.

Whilst not a big category for us, we do import Australian Strawberries to fill the gap in the market through various stages of the year.

Our Northland growers supply us sweetcorn throughout the early stages of the summer months, this is mainly for our retail programme.

From May-September, we import Australian Cucumber to fill the gap or compliment the NZ season’s supply.
